Hannah & Zach absolutely rocked their spring engagement session at the Marietta Square this weekend!! The weather was perfect and we had a total blast together! It was prom weekend, so the Square was FULL of teenagers, parents, and cameras, but with a little posing magic (and a tiny bit of Photoshop) you would never know!
Hannah and Zach met in high school, but didn’t actually begin dating until college. Their first date was great, but their second date lasted SEVEN hours, with tons of laughter and neither person wanting the night to end. A light snowfall made it even more romantic, and Zach said this was actually the moment he knew he wanted to marry Hannah!
Despite initial nerves, Hannah and Zach quickly warmed up to the camera, turning our session into a genuine reflection of their easygoing connection. It really felt like hanging out with old friends, and I loved the inside peek at their tender love for each other. The light in downtown Marietta was absolutely fabulous, and we had tons of fun exploring. A nice gentleman even offered his classic red Volkswagen car for a few of our photos, which went perfectly with their second outfits! I love the pop of Hannah’s red shirt against the light colored backgrounds – red is so her color!
I’m so grateful they chose me as their wedding photographer and that I get to accompany them for a piece of their journey together! I can already tell that their 2024 June wedding at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church in McDonough, GA, is going to be perfect. For now, browse the images from our session below!
